ls-wxl with E14 and I12 error

Hi,
i have a LS-wxl with 2 1TB drives in it. Drive 2 seems to have a problem. I followed the replacement procedure, but still nothing.
I can see the new drive as fault, when I go to the rebuild raid array, it starts but then stops after being a long time at 40%... I get an e-mail from the nas that the rebuild has started, followed by a mail saying raid rebuild notice. Target array: system field (md10)
target disk: Disk2
raid array rebuild is complete.
when I look in nas navigator i still see the same problems.

tried to call the helpcentre, but after waiting for 1h30 the line was turned off.... GREAT!

Can anyone help me please!
