I can login with a tech account, but it doesn't appear to have admin rights. I need to add another account, but there's no place to do that on the browser; it just shows the tech account.  I can access the files just fine, but would like to add an admin account.

This unit has one admin account using the username "admin", the username cannot be changed, if you dont know the password (which is "password" by default) then open the door and press the reset button for 3 seconds while the device is fully powered.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
