Rebuilding Raid for 3 weeks now...

Terrastation 12G has been rebuilding the Raid5 for 3 weeks now.  Shouldn't this have stopped by now?  When I access the drives/raid through the GUI it says all drives are normal and working properly.  But the Terrastations LCD and also on the NAS Navigator keeps sending me notices that the Raid is rebuilding.  There isnt a whole lot on this unit, maybe a third-full spacewise.

Should I be concerned, anything I can do?

UPDATE: So its still rebuilding... going on a month now...is this bad???????  HELP!!!!!!
