Issue: Failed to join our domain and found the error below but I am sure the connection should be reachable.

Failed to join domain: failed to lookup DC info for domain 'XXXXX.COM' over rpc: NT_STATUS_CONNECTION_RESET

If you have disabled SMB1 on the domain contraoller, it could cause that. Not enough infor here for more specific infor than that.
**A single copy of data, even on a RAID array, is NOT a backup! Hard drive failure is not a question of IF, but WHEN! Don't take my word for it, take Google's!**
