Help with MediaStation™ 6x Portable Blu-ray™ Writer with M-Disc™

Hi, I bought this drive because it says it can play back 4K Ultra HD Blu-rays, but so far it does not recognize them at all. It recognizes standard Blu-rays just finely, but I already had drives for that. Can someone assist me? I emailed support but haven't heard back even though it appears it's been about 24 hours.

It will play 4K Ultra discs that are burned but not commercially made discs due to the industry standards for DRM on 4K Ultra discs precluding them from being read on any device that could be made capable of copying them.
