LinkStation Pro Duo 1.5TB

LS-WTGL/R1 F/W 1.08

Win XP SP3

NasNavigator 2.18

 

On each sunday I run a sheduled Raid Scan. Sometimes it report me this message on the NasNavigator.Sorry searched, but I found no further information about this issue. Please explain me what it means and what I have to do?

What raid deos it say you're in?  Look in the web interface, does it say anything next to Raid Array 1 (ie not configured ect...)?

Think this might be a poor translation, as NAS Navigator shows the same thing when running a Scan on my linkstation Duo's as well.

 

The message in the GUI is different, as you noted.

Do you have anyway to validate that this is the correct display in your lab for the LS Pro Duo? It may be misleading..either that or I've got a couple LS Pro Duo's I'll be calling in on warranty....Interested to see your findings, thanks.

I beleive that to be a translation problem.  It sould be "checking status on Raid array 1", or something similar.  I would contact Europe support as they would have more information on translation issues.

   It says that the scan is running e.g. at 75%. When the scan is ready the message disapears......it seems that it is realy a translation issue.

Thanks for the confirmation.  Was able to check 2 of my LS Pro Duo's (US edition v3 with 3.09 w/ Nas Nav 2.16) and seeing the same thing.
