I installed the Video Surveillance Client Suite.   When I try to launch the Camera Policies software I get an error that the software is not installed correctly, contact administrator.   When I try to launch the  Surveillance Video Manager or the other programs I get the error  "unable to initialize rvt subsystem".   I'm not sure why.   Anyone have any ideas?

well i'm running the client software from a windows 7 pc. The actual NAS is hosting the surveillance server. The part that is the most frustrating tho is that it will run fine for a couple of days or so and then all of a sudden will just stop working. and then I get the "rvt subsystem" error. But for a couple of days it runs fine.
