Domain integration issues with TS5400R

Hi,

The device is running firmware version 3.42.

I've joined a TS5400R to a domain without any problems. The domain currently has 1028 users and 249 groups, screenshot is at bottom of this post.

I know that the user manual states up to 1000 domain users and 1000 groups may be downloaded from AD.

The actual number of users which I need for this location is only around 20.

The domain integration is not functioning properly. Only some users can be used for accessing the shared folders.

For example, out of 5 domain users, perhaps 1 will work.

I can see all the users, but when I filter them, only some or shown, so it's probaby the case of too many users which this device can't handle.

Is there any workaround for this?
