I saw all the posts, but links to the firmware doesn't exist. I want to throw the piece crap away. But I have data I need to get back for a client.
It's stuck in EM and no array.

Would be nice not to have to post to get a download. I know it's old but the unit does not have a 14 digit serial number. Serial Number is U80206 .So support is useless when they ask for a 14 digit serial number.
