Model LS-WVUL/E - EM mode after updating the new firmware

My LS-WVL/E network drive was working perfectly. I got the message "new updated available". I ran the firmware update. After finished the firmware update, I got "EM mode" and can't access to my network drive any more, Please help to solve this problem or show me how to install the old firmware to make it work as before. Thank you very much.
