How to get files off LS220

I can't get my LS220 working, and I've bought another NAS. I'd like to bulk copy my files off the NAS, rather than going through an intermediary computer.

The rsync function seems like it would do this, but the control panel only seems to back up to other buffalo products.

Is there a way to get another rsync-compliant device on the Target list?

Thanks

No, but if you have bought a Synology then you can use the Hyper backup feature to do a reverse backup from the Linkstation.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
Having network issues? Drop me an email: info@interwebsireland.com and we will get it fixed!

Ah--perfect!

Is there a tutorial or link that would tell me how to do that? I do have the Hyperbackup package, but it wasn't clear to me how to set it up to copy onto the Synology unit...

Thanks!
