Wifi password and Model Number issues

hi to all I bought a second hand Buffalo WiFi Router 2 days back. But it is all in Japanese and as it was second handed so I am unable to find Device model Number and don't know how to set password for this!!!! anybody may help me please

Hi  john  did you contact that person or store ? contact store owner about this problem. they can solve your problem, second option is to find technical person who deals  this kind device problems.

Without a model number it's going to be next to impossible to help, Buffalo have 50 different routers, a lot with different admin pages and configuration types.

Also, a lot of the routers sold in Japan can only be viewed in Japanese and the language cannot be changed.
