Hello,

I have a TeraStation Live 2TB HS-DH2.0TGL/R5. My data is backed up, but I lost multiple drives and the RAID array is toast. It won't boot; I can't upload new firmware, etc. It was a RAID 5 array. I want to replace all the drives with new 2TB 7200RPM SATA drives and create a new RAID 10 array for 4TB of usable storage.

What's the procedure for starting fresh with four brand new drives in the TeraStation Live?

The warranty is long past so I'm not concerned with warranty issues and non-compatible drives or capacity, unless there's some technical limitation.

Thank you!
