Hi, i have an LS210D 2TB NAS which up until now has been running great, however as of today my pc computers running Windows 8.1pro 64bit can no longer see the device at all, it just is not there, i also use my phone a lot with this device and that too cannot find it, web access and the nas set up both say unable to connect to the internet, ive I've checked on our router on the connected devices and nothing is showing up either, we have a virgin super hub, i have checked settings and reset, i am a photographer and have thousands of photos on this system, what can i do, I've been up all night trying to fix it.
