I have a Model TS-XE4.OTL/R5 - I got an error message (steady red light) that I was at over 90% full - Tera station was not showing up in my Mac finder.

I shut down and powered up again, but now the power button blinks and it there is a steady red light and it still doesn't show up on my computer. Help - I am willing to move stuff off the back up, but there are some unique files on there I need to recover.

I read something about powering up using a reset? How do I do that and will it delete my files?

Thank you for your help.

Update
Overnight the drive connected - but only with the info folder - not the share. I get an error message telling me to switch to read only. (I do not know how to attach the screenshot)

The power button is steady green, the red error light is on and one Lan is lit up yellow. The digital read out is steady red and reads a lot of stuff, including HD2 broken and it repeats the same for HD3 and HD4.

Please help.
