Firmware: DD-WRT v24SP2-MULTI (11/04/12) std

I bought a Buffalo WZR-600DHP as my cheap linksys router was acting up. I can now no longer use my GenieGo. I have double checked and my GenieGo Ports are set for 8081 and 8083. Now, I have contacted Directv and they just said that my router is not supported. I can't believe that my router which is running a common firmware is not compatible at all with GenieGo.
A little more info; The GenieGo works perfectly when I am in network. The only time it doesn't work is when I leave the house. As you see in my picture, I opened all suggested ports for Directv GenieGo and still nothing. I called the cable company (Midco) and they said they are not filtering anything and It should all work.

I do realize that this might be a question for Directv but I have contacted them and they just tell me it is not compatible. There has to be a way!

Thank you for any input!
