Hello,
I'm quite panicking here!
After a power surge, my TSProII TS H2.0TGL/R5 started to give me E04 Error (Kernel Loading error); further analysis showed a failed disk (no.4): the unit was going stright into EM mode showing a "No Array Info" message. So I purchased an identical disk that today has arrived
I checked the disk for previous partition (even if it was new) and I replaced the faulty disk, hoping for a quick resolution...or so I thought. After the boot process it goes again in EM mode, it seems not to "capture" the disk 4 (when the controller starts the disks, the 4th blinks for a second and then goes off)

I tried to flash the firmware (using the 1.35), but the updater shows a "Cannot Pass to the authentication"

Is there anyone who can help me? is there a way to recover my data?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Renato
