TS-QVH12TL/R6 "Please Wait ...." on boot

Last night we had a power failure in my office. I shut down all of our Terastations. One of our Terastations, a TS-QVH12TL/R6, now only displays "Please Wait ...." on the LCD and the power button is flashing green since it was restarted.

It appeared to shut down normally last night, as I actually watched it finish the shut down procedure.

Any help would be appreciated.
