Both power and function lights flashing blue - LX-WX4

This unit went offline with the power lamp flashing blue.  I researched on this forum and tried the reset holding down the function button while turning on the power, keeping the function button depressed for 5 seconds, releasing it, then holding it down for an additional 10 seconds.  Now I have both the power and function lights flashing blue.  The unit will not turn off despite the switch being in the "Off" position.

Any suggestions anyone?
