Trying to undertand (Why I can't access to a second secure folder ? )

Greetings

I got an old Linksation NAS 1 TB, (LS-CH1.0TL-V2).

This is the peculiar situation, I can access trough my network using phones and computers, to a secure folder shared for all the members at my home. Recently I created a second folder that requires a different user and password, to access the information just for a few people.

Android Phone

If I access trough my phone, I do not have any problem at all, just by providing the correct username and password for each folder works like a charm.

Windows computers (win 7 and win 10)(ultimate or Pro according to each version)

On any computer I can access to one folder, providing the right credentials, but when I try to access to the second folder it says that is the wrong username or password, the funny situation is that I can see the information if I use FTP method using the same password.

This is the situation that is getting me crazy, under Windows credentials no matter witch password for the 2 different folders, it access to one folder at the time, but when you try to access to the second secure folder it rejects the second credentials.....

Do you have any thoughts why windows can access only trough one network folder at the time, If you what to access to a second one I need to remove all the credentials on "windows credentials" and provide the right access to the second folder ? (it becomes annoying removing credentials just to access to the right folder)
