Hello everyone!
My TS-QVHL boot failure. Display  "TeraStation Boot form HDD0" on the LCD display. Can you sent me the boot image to rebuild the system. Thanks

robingreeve

I have NO IDEA how to get a boot image, reset this thing, or otherwise. I get "Boot Error" and i know i had a disk issue.

I just want to reset back to factory and start over. I dont have the admin password, we set it 10 years ago...

How the hell does this reset? The button does nothing to reset if the web interface was deactivated. I cant access anything... HELP

For a nominal fee, Support can make and ship one for TS-V systems. These have the ability to boot to a USB drive.

EDIT : US and Canada only, because that's my team.
**A single copy of data, even on a RAID array, is NOT a backup! Hard drive failure is not a question of IF, but WHEN! Don't take my word for it, take Google's!**
