Unable to FTP to TS-RHGL/R5 Firmware 1.35

Hi Guys,

I upgrade the firmware on my TS-RHGL/R5 to 1.35 and found that on ftp it wants to use TLS. However my FTP software is unable to get a directory listing from the TeraStation. I can not see a way to turn the TLS off in the Terastation as that would be the simple fix. I can not see anything that I have to on the FileZilla FTP software. The certificate did come up from the Terastation and it has a life until 2027.

This is error given by the FileZilla when trying to connect.

Any ideas how I can ftp please?

Fix it ....  :-[

It was the FTP software on an upgrade. 3.10 will use TLS on FTP as a default. the fix was

In the Site Manager entry for your server, set Encryption to 'Plain FTP'
