Backing up my Terastation Pro 6

I have a 12 TB Terastation Pro 6 WSS that I would like to backup to my New Terastation WS5400

Looking through the directions I thought this would be easy but I keep getting errors.
I have the WS5400 setup on the network, I created folders on the WS5400 that I want to use as the backup location of the Pro 6. I went on the Pro 6, started Backup & Replication Settings and created a new Job. In the backup original I picked the local folder on the Pro 6 I want to backup (D:\Images), in the Backup Destination I picked the correct folder from the drop list (WS5400@Images). Set the schedule & backup mode (NormalMode) and clicked on Set Task. I got a pop up window asking for Admin Password, entered that and then I get another pop up window that says
'Failed to reflect the definition excluded'

What is causing this error and how do I get past it?
I have a few other local folders on the Pro 6 I need to backup but I can't even get the first one working.
