LS421DE Keeps Freezing

Hello All, we have the above nas-box running on microsoft server 03 and all shares are up and running, however it keeps freezing and the only thing that will un-freeze it is a nas-box restart. Firmware is the latest. This issue has happened 3 time in the last 4 weeks. We installed the navigator2 software on the server, no chaange. We think it is going into hibernation mode and not able to come back on?

Any help would be appericated

What is the firmware on the unit?
