Ok.. First off.. thank you for any responses.. Im lost.

I just bought the Buffalo Drive station 500g.  I plugged it in .... went to memeo...put in my key.  Now what?... How do I set this thing up.. I have it plugged into my computer.  The rep tells me that when I plug it into my computer all I have to do is click and drag...but when I plug it in.. all I see is the HD-CEU2 window pops up and it asks me "What do you want windows to do?  I just want this thing to be plugged into my computer and have it back up all my info on a daily basis.. How do I do that??...

Memeo provides us with copies of their MemeoBackup software to distribute to our users. We can assist people installing the software, but any support issues related to its operation should be addressed directly to Memeo. Memeo can be contacted either on the web at http://memeo.com/Support.htm or by email at support@memeo.com.

More accurately;

These drives are NOT automatic backup devices. They act as any other external HD you attach to your system; they allow you to access the device through your My Computer window on a PC, and your Desktop on a Mac. You can use them to drag and drop your files manually.

If you'd like the automatic backup capability, that is what the Memeo software is for, as Cristen said.
