cannot link linkstation and terastation over internet

i have a terastation pro in office and linkstation quad at home.

When reading manuals and descriptions I thought that I can do backup from one to another.

Now I cannot get one to find another and vice versa.

 

I opened all ports mentioned still no sucess. I can manually add station with entering IP adress, but on station list there is no station....

 

 

Again, am I doing something wrong?
