I bought Model HD-CE640LU2 about one month ago.
But when I use this item through network then the speed is very slow.
It sometimes stoped working during copying, playing music, watching movie.

What is problem??

What exactely is "very slow"? What client, OS, how did you measure, what is the network structure? Unfortunately "very slow" is not enough to provide a substancial answer.

Well since the filesystem is in FAT32 and the files they're mentioning could be large that is possibly the issue.
