BUFFALO DriveStation HD-WL6TU3R1 cooling case fan

I have only owned this product since May and already the case fan is bad.  Where can I get a replacement case fan ?

^^^^^ ignore that. If its under a year you can get a warranty if you bought it brand new. Contact your buffalo support.

Thanks, yes I am still waiting for them to get back to me. I sent email, then spoke with an agent on the phone per email, he told me their advance replacement center was down on line so I could not do that ?  I told him that was not acceptable as were talking a lot of data and where would I put it ?
He spoke with his manager and then told me that I should email the RMA center with a copy of my proof of purchase and CC him the same and that they would contact me and manually fill it in as an advance replacement.  That was last week and I have heard nothing.
