Running 2 Linkstations in NAS Nav2 - LS210 & LS-CHL

Hi,
Im running the old LS-CHL in Nas Navigator2 (vers 2.56, firmware 1.12) and want to add the new LS-210 (vers 2.56, firmware 1.43) alongside it.
I would like to know the best way to set this up.
I have not run the install cd in fear it might conflict with the current network.
When simply plugging the new LS210 can see both Linkstations in the NAS Nav and I can access all root settings for the LS210. And add/remove files.
However the NAV cant formally recognise the product name (states Unknown Series) nor can it tell how much space is taken up on the drive.
