8 TB / TS-QVH8.0TL/R6 goes offline every day

Hi,

I own a 8 TB / TS-QVH8.0TL/R6 which had been running perfectly smooth for almost 2 years now.

However since a few weeks it has a habit of just going offline. visibly it seems to be working perfectly, the display, LAN lights etc etc, but neither the networks shares appear nor can the NAS navigator find it. A restart of the TS solves the problem.

I have recently attempted to fix this by a flashing of new firmware, and then a factory reset also, but nothing has helped, infact the frequency of hanging/going offline has gone up from once a week to now definitely every day. Basically it has become un use-able unless i restart before each use.

any help would be most appreciated.
