DriveStation USB connection intermittent

Is there any know issues with the USB connection to the DriveStations desktop drives? I have 5 drives, from 3 - 4 TB. I've found recently that it is very hard to keep them from disconnecting. Slightly moving the connection at the back of the drive solidifies the connection. But it is flakey. I've even purchased new USB 3 cables, which hasn't solved the problem. Is there any way to improve the connection between the drive and the USB cable? Thanks.

How many pcs is this happening on?
