[v1.31-11.42] Changing Language - NAS not responding

I am attempting to change the Language of the Display Language to English even though it is already set to English on the main menu.

I have already set the main language to English, how ever when i use the DLNA function it shows Chinese on my devices for menu options.

Upon trying to change the language to English i get the error

No response received from NAS

Upon re-logging into the NAS, it did in fact change the language, so perhaps this is simply an issue of the page redirecting once saved
