Cannot connect to LS420xxxx

I've got a series of LS420 network storage devices.   I connect to them using NAS Navigator on a mac, and most of them are fine.  One isn't.  It comes up in NAS Navigator, but when I double-click on it, the first message is "Connot connect to LS420D5B7.  Do you wish to automatically correct the IP address?".   If I click "OK", a box comes up telling me that it's changing the IP address, and then it says it failed to change it.  When I click on "Settings" to check the IP address, the browser wheel spins for ages and the settings pages don't come up.   It seems to be seeing a reasonable amount of data on the drive, though.

Is there a way for me to fix this?   I can see that the IP settings it's displaying (at the bottom of the NAS Navigator window) aren't the ones I want, but I can't access them.

Thanks!
