Just set up my new Linkstation 421e, firmware 1.31. Originally had some trouble and had to go through the force firmware update procedure, all is up and running fine now. When I browse the share, I can go into the info folder, but the share folder is inaccessible, giving error network name cannot be found. When I go into the web interface, I can access all settings and have configured everything else how I want, except for folder setup, when I try to create a new folder, it just stays on loading forever and nothing happens. What can I try here?

uhhh, I hate to ask, but did you use 1 disk or 2... also check the drive section to see if the data partition is listed as formatted!

If all else fails, if you are using IE... STOP! try Firefox or Chrome, but I suspect your using 1 disk
