LS-CHL with "Failed to operate disk"

Hi,

My LS-CHL (Firmware 1.60) is giving me headaches. It seems all data is erased and each time I check the disk with the Webadmin I get an "Failed to operate disk" error message.

It doesn't sound good to me and I couldn't find any solutions yet... Any ideas?
