Cloustor , format HD outside of the box?

Hello, client ask support to fix a CloudStor unit, device was not detected by NasNavigator ,  HD seems fine , I plugged HD into a computer, I think the HD was format outside of the cloudstor box, please take a look to the attached picture, I just want to confirm,  if HD was format as I suspect, recovering at this point seems very complicated, right?

Put the HDD back into the cloudstor, TFTP the unit and reinstall the firmware.
Yes the HDD was formatted outside the cloudstor, it doesn't use the NTFS format.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
