Hi,
I have been using my external 2TB drive for some while but now it is not being recognised by Windows 7. When I put it on  another system, the system must recognise it in some way as it wants to install drivers and completes. However, the drive is not recognised and there are a few clicks and then nothing, the green light is on. The drive is not even being recognised by computer management storage. Any ideas what can be done? No, the drive has not been knocked or dropped, just sitting there quietly.

Regards,
