When configuring DLNA in LinkStation™ 421e Diskless Enclosure
I am getting the error "This is an NAS-API internal error".

Screenshot attached

DLNA is not working, is there something I have to do

I had similar problems with LS420.
I think all problems disappeared after FW upgrade and factory-reset of the box.

I have done the Firmware Update, No change?

Should I do factory reset? Will I lose data if I do factory reset?

JockeSve

As far I can remember (it was a while ago) I did it from admin (web) interface not loosing any data (data preserved on disks).
You might have do reconfigure admin interface (PW's, ...) but all shares and data was intact.
After that all strange error messages were history.

My NAS Device is connected to "netgear n600 WNDR3400" WIFI router by a LAN Cable
