Hi,

I wanted to format my nas drive : LinkStation™ Duo 4 TB / LS-WX4.0TL/R1
But when i go on the site to download the nas software, i need to enter the nas device and serial number.
I tryed this a lot of time but its allways the wrong serial it says (i tryed all the numbers on it and even friends of mine typed it).

I mailed the support center of buffalo about it over a week ago but no responce.
How can i get this software now?

Here are the download links. What site are you going to and where region did you buy your unit in? also you found the 14 digit serial number right?
