FILES ARE HIDDEN

I have an LS-500GL Nas and ver since I had to reboot it, the files are not viewable at all. When I look at the drive space it seems like the files are there as the space is the right amount used but cannot see them, even if i enable SHOW HIDDEN FILES. Any ideas?

Are the shares still created on the web admin page? Was the unit in EM mode at all?
