Ok, my LinkStation Duo 2TB  Link Station Duo NAS (LS-WX2.0TL/R1 Drive 2TB) with a Raid 1 config has become defective I had flashed the ROM from EM mode and it has been checking the drive for 2 days (I14).  I started to pull off the data with a direct Network link to it but some of the folders would not copy.  Seems that the network is dropping out.

Question.

1. The unit sent a report that the Riad 1 Error on both disks was 0,0.  How do I pull it from disk checking?  (Reboot)
2. How do I pull off the remaining data. - I just want it off the device.
3. A replacement device has been sent to me, could I just pop the disks into that to recover the data?

Please help, I just need access to pull the data off.

Where is your backup?

1. Your RAID is f&€ked.
2. Remove both the HDDs, attach them to a PC and use UFS explorer to recover the data.
3. No, if you put the HDDs into the new unit you're just moving the issue to a different device.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

I'm having a similar issue.
Check Disk is taking forever to run.
I just spoke to one of their Tech Support guys and he's telling me that it can take 4-12 hrs per Tb.
That seems a little ridiculous to me.
