   dear buffalo-technology, hope you can help me. my problem is the small serial paperlabel is rubbed off (defaced after a few days at construction site). did not know that this number is required to download the software from your homepage. Could you please tell me a link or alternative serialnumber for downloading the required software. used product: HDS-PH160U2 ( ministation Pro - "buffalo ministation datavault portable hard drive with full disk encryption HDS-PHU2") thank you very much
