When I received my Linkstation LS-X3.0TL I changed the username and password from the default of admin and password, respectively. Now when I put in what I used it doesn't work. Support told me that the only way to reset the info was to send it back to them. I found that I can update the firmware, but it must be done on a Windows machine, which I don't have. Is there another way to reset the username and password, on a Mac?
