Hi, i decided to perform a disk check on my LS-V4.0TL, its being 3 days now and it hasn't finished. NAS navigators says that it is still checking, if I enter via web interface, I can log in ok but it only says:
Checking/Formatting Disk...
All features are disabled until the disk is completely checked/formatted. Also, file sharing is not available.

Progress: Progress

The drive shows 3 blinking amber lights, then stops and does it again.

Should I continue waiting or there is a problem with the drive?

Hi, I managed to force a firmware update, using the function button with the NAS off, and then turning it on. This puts my NAS in Emergency mode. The update process via LS updater works well until the unit reboots, then the light starts to blink in blue and nothing else happened. The only work around is to repeat the process to force update the firmware, but always with the same result. Any ideas?

I'm having a similar issue.
Check Disk is taking forever to run.
I just spoke to one of their Tech Support guys and he's telling me that it can take 4-12 hrs per Tb.
That seems a little ridiculous to me.
