TeraStation Only Recognizes 1 of 2 USB Drive Stations

Hello all - our TeraStation has been in service for a couple of years now.  During that time, I have always struggled with it to recognize USB drives.  I eventually purchased (2) 250GB Drive Stations a while ago - but could only get the TeraStation to recognize one of them at the same time.

Since then, I needed to upgrade the Drive Stations to 750GB, which I recently did.  Not surprisingly, the TeraStation will only recognize one of these drives at a time.

I followed KB#000013 without success.  I also checked to see if any new firmware has been released, but it has not.  Can anyone finally help me resolve this nagging issue?

Thanks!

Hello pittpanther! If you would be so kind as to post the model and firmware version of the NAS I should be able to help you with your problem :)

Thanks for the response Dustrega - I believe it is a TeraStation Pro, running firmware 1.04.

Give me some time and I'll see if I can replicate the problem on our in office NAS. Would you also post the model of the USB drives as well?
