I am trying to help a friend out whose company is using Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2008 R2. They are trying to use their Link Station LS-Q4.0/R5 to do the backups on. He says the Box is currently on the Network but says also that there is a USB plugged into Server also but that the Link Station drives don't show up when looking at the Server.

Does anyone have any information on how to accomplish this or if this Box can even be used to do these types of backups? I am unfamiliar with Buffalo Boxes so I haven't been much help but told him I would try to find some information for him.
