Hi all.

Just brought a LS-WXL 2x2tb setup in raid 1

Basically a central place for our photos, music and videos.

I can get all my idevices to connect as can my pc's

I wanted to use the built in mediaserver to view photos and video on my smart tv the only issue is that you can only pick 1 folder for the mediaserver.

Is this the limitation ? it seems stupid that only 1 folder is allowed to be assigned.

Is there any simple mods/telnet or otherwise to allows multiple folders ?

I understand you can install either twonkyserver or servvio etc but that means installing modified firmware.

I also understand i can just assign "shares" folder and then put my "music", "photos" and "videos" folder within this folder but i didn't want to do it this way.

Could anybody enlighten me as to my options. nothing to extreme

Cheers guys
