Web Interface keeps Refreshing

I shutdown our Terastation 7120r the other day and ever since it was rebooted I have been unable to access the web interface.  The connection to the iSCSI is working just fine and the NAS Navigator is able to see it.  I try to go to the web interface (http://10.0.64.100/) and it redirects to the http://10.0.64.100/root.html and then just starts refreshing and continuosly reloads the page.  I have also tried the secure page and it does the same; it gives an encrypted connection with a certificate issued to develop; then when it loads the page I get the same response and it keeps refreshing.

Does anyone know of a way to correct this problem?
