Is there a way to speed up replication with the TeraStation 5400R? We are using it to hold our backups and replicating to a second identical unit offsite. They are connected with a 100MB WAN connection, but the replication doesn't even come close to keeping up, it is usually 2-3TB and days/weeks behind. Basically, whatever the factory set speed is for replication, it isn't cutting it.
