Linkstation Live - 6x red flahes - Firmware Update no possible

Hi experts,

I have made an error by updating my firmware of my linkstation live 1TB.
Now it is only flashing 6x red and it is not working.

If I try to make again an firmware upgrade it also fails again.
Actually I use TFTP Boot Recovery 1.53 and try to get back on firmware LSCHL-110.
TFTP seems to work and I can also start LSUPDATER.exe.
Also updating starts and firmware-transfer.

But then the update-tool wants to reboot the linkstation and it comes back into 6x red flahes.

Any ideas what I can change?
